Who is responsible

If we emailed you

We contact business brokers one by one to offer our services. For this we use business contact details that brokers publish themselves: your name, firm, business email address, phone number, city and your public listings. We take them from public professional directories, such as the IBBA member directory, and from your firm's own website.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering our services to other businesses (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep your details while we are in contact and for up to 24 months after our last message.

You can object at any time. Reply "stop" to any of our emails or write to alex@quiredesk.com. We then delete your details and keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so that we never write again.

If you use one of our forms

The free-teaser and order forms run on Tally, a form service based in Belgium that stores form data in the EU. We use what you enter to reply to you and to do the work you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and keep it for up to 24 months after our last contact.

If you send us files

We sign your NDA before you send anything. Files come in through a private upload link, never by email. We use them only to prepare the documents you ordered, keep them in one private folder and delete them 30 days after delivery, or earlier if you ask. The legal basis is our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for personal data of other people in those files, the legitimate interest in preparing the sale documents (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

This website

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure, and deletes it after a short period.

Who else sees your data

We use IT service providers for email, website hosting, forms, file storage and document preparation, including AI-assisted drafting tools. They process data only on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations. Some are located in the United States; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
